Vanessa owns a practical, down to earth style with a clear focus on results with an equal passion for building her community.
With a “boots on the ground” mentality for increasing the bottom line and sharing hope, she has gained insight into what strengthens business, community, and people.
As a proven leadership consultant and entrepreneur with a heart for people, Vanessa has a natural talent for motivation, passion for career development, and a results-driven attitude. Her corporate background spans over 25 years in the Tri-State area and includes but is not limited to Bellsouth, AT&T Advertising and Publishing, YP Holdings Inc., Education Corporation of America, and has served as Project Manager and Community Health Manager for The Butterfly Foundation, Spartanburg County Foundation, and Middle Tyger Community Center.

She identifies the critical needs of the underserved and builds bridges by partnering with organizations and community initiatives to uncover resources and move others toward economic mobility and self-sufficiency. She partners with the city, community centers, non-profit agencies, middle schools, high schools, and colleges to support and promote positive youth outcomes and healthy relationships.
